Today we turn our attention towards this week’s theme – our call to make disciples!

Daily Reading: Matthew 28:16-20

Lord Jesus, Bearer of all authority in heaven and on earth, despite the doubts that rise in my mind from time to time, I choose this day to worship You by faith. I choose to hold to the faith that burns inside me – sometimes brightly and sometimes barely even smouldering – that You are truly the Risen and Ascended Lord of glory who holds the key to life.

Lord Jesus, I know full well that You have called me to work with You to draw others into Your wonderful Way of abundant life. Forgive me when I have neglected this sacred calling out of fear, insecurity or even plain apathy. By Your unfailing presence with me, please empower me to live a Christlike life, to declare Your wonders to others joyfully, to invite them onto the Way effectively, and to guide them in it victoriously. Walk with me as I walk with others on the Way of Life, I pray. Amen.
