Holy God,
Whom can I trust?
I feel I am surrounded by so much deceit,
so many lies,
so much flattering manipulation.
The world feels upside down.
What You declare evil,
humanity calls good and celebrates.
It’s all so confusing.
What should I believe?
Whom can I believe?
Whom can I trust?
Holy God,
I will trust in You.
Your Word is true, pure, and flawless,
unfaltering and unchanging.
Your promises are utterly trustworthy.
Preserve Your people, Lord.
Keep us safe, secure and steadfast in You.
Glorify Your Name and Your Truth in us.
