O LORD, God of boundless grace and glory,
to You belong the riches of the Cosmos.
Every living creature and every human being
lives only by Your gracious design.
LORD,
I long for Your unmerited salvation and blessing.
In absolute humility I confess –
I am not worthy to approach You in the beauty of Your holiness.
My hands and heart are far from pure.
Despite my genuine love for You,
I still catch myself all too often
idolizing the things of this world,
pursuing other priorities,
and breaking my word.
How I long for Your unmerited salvation and blessing!
In Your outrageous grace –
Please forgive me.
Please see my hunger for Your mercy and Your presence
and draw near to me,
King of Glory,
Lord Almighty,
God of boundless glory and grace.
