Loving God, I worship You,
You are my All-Powerful Protector and Provider.
You are my Help and my Happiness.
Ever-Present and Ever-Faithful,
You are my Deep Well of Peace.
Lord,
Please give me the grace and power
to find my deepest delight in you,
to trust in You with all my heart,
to surrender myself completely to Your care
and to wait patiently for You.
Grant me the freedom
not to give in to worry or frustration
when You seem slow to act,
nor to look on others with envy or anger
when they prosper.
Grant me the grace to turn away from sin,
to hold Your Word always before me,
to hope in You at all times,
to obey You with all my heart,
and to make Your pleasure my highest purpose.
As I trust in You and walk in obedience,
please help me,
please guide me,
please grant me provision and peace,
please protect me and pardon me,
please remain with me, rescue me and restore me.
In Your strong and mighty Name I pray.
