LORD, my Saviour and my God,
You are my Shield and Defender!
Please keep me safe
from the lies and cruelty of this world.
Guard my life from evil.
Send the Truth and Light of Your Word
and lead me safely into Your presence.
Lord, my Joy and my Delight!
You are the Wellspring of my Life.
In Your presence
I will bring You my offering of praise,
I will exalt Your Holy Name,
God, my God!
I will cast my cares and burdens at Your feet
and sing my song of joy:
“All my hope is in You, Lord
I will praise You forever,
my Saviour and my God!”
