Psalm 104

LORD, I praise You with all my heart and soul,
for Your greatness, glory and majesty,
Your beautiful presence on display
in the magnificence of Your Creation.
I see
Your majesty in the starry heavens,
Your presence in the clouds above.
I feel
Your whisper in the wind,
Your tender touch in the gentle breeze.
I witness
Your power in the ocean’s tides,
Your authority in the limits You set her with a line in the sand.
I sense
Your kindness flowing in the rivers and springs,
Your nourishment in the life they bring to the earth.
I know
Your compassionate care in the life-sustaining rains,
Your silent splendour in the fields and forests.
I realise
Your consistent care in the rhythms of day and night,
Your delightful diversity in the countless creatures of earth and sea.
You are
the sole Sustainer of
every
single
life,
providing all that is needed,
every
single
breath.

Lord, may You always find delight
in all You have made.
May I always observe Your glory on display,
and always bring You delight
with my joyful songs of praise.
LORD, I praise You with all my heart and soul!
