Psalm 112

LORD, my Eternal Father,
Fountain of every blessing,
I praise You!
You have made such beautiful promises,
so please grant me the grace to walk in their light today.

Lord, grant me the grace
to take delight in obeying Your will,
for then my family will prosper;
to walk in mercy, kindness and justice,
for then my path will be clearly lit;
to be honest in my dealings and generous to all,
for then I will succeed and be remembered with joy;
to live in a right and intimate relationship with You,
for then –
my faith will be strengthened,
I will trust You implicitly,
I will not fear bad news,
nor be anxious about those who oppose me,
I will live by Your power
and earn the trust and respect of those who know me.

Lord, You have made such beautiful promises,
so please grant me the grace to walk in their light today.
