LORD,
like the mountains surrounding Jerusalem
You hold Your people in Your
powerful, protective embrace,
both now and forever.
So please help me to trust You with all my heart,
that I may stand
eternally
firm and steadfast as Mount Zion.
Help me to believe!
Help me to know
beyond a shadow of a doubt
that You will
deliver us from corrupt and wicked rulers,
bring about our highest best,
and draw all people back home to Your love,
both now and forever.
