Psalm 135

I praise You, LORD, for You are good
and in Your kindness
You made me Your very own.

I praise You, LORD, for You are great,
the Sovereign Lord over all the earth.
You accomplish Your perfect will
in heaven and earth, in sea and sky.

I praise You, LORD, for You deliver,
and in Your love You set me free
from all that enslaves and hinders me.

I will ever praise You, LORD,
for Your mercy and grace.
In Your compassion,
You protect me and care for my needs.

I praise You, LORD, for You are alive,
the Creator of all.
Idols are dead objects, but
You, Living God, give life to all who worship You.

I praise You, LORD
with all Your people
everywhere.
