Psalm 18

I love You LORD my God,
my Defender and Protector,
my Fortress and my Shield.
You are perfect
in goodness and faithfulness,
purity and power.
You alone are the LORD!
You alone are Holy!
You alone are the Most High!
You alone are God!
I love You LORD my God.

I remember Your miraculous deliverance –
Those times You swooped in and snatched me
from the jaws of danger, defeat and even death.
In love and mercy, You heard my cry.
When I was powerless,
You came in power and shielded me,
lifted me and carried me to safety.
You healed me and strengthened me,
cared for me and set me on my feet again.
You walked with me, sustained me,
encouraged and established me,
safe and secure again.

I love You and I praise You, LORD my God!
for Your unfailing love.

for Your steadfast and eternal love.
I love You and I praise You.
for Your powerful and active love.
I love You and I praise You,
for Your saving and redeeming love.
